The Public Information Project was set up in autumn 2013 to ensure stakeholders can make informed choices about the study programmes offered by the International Programmes and also to ensure our accountability for the quality of public information about the International Programmes.
This project has been retitled ‘The Student Information Project’ to focus on students and their information needs.
To date, the project has conducted a small-scale audit of the International Programmes website and established an annual auditing process to take place from 2015 onwards. In addition, an information gathering exercise is underway to determine the information provided to our students by the organisations we work with. Research has also been undertaken to find out what information students want and how we can ensure that this is provided. The associated actions for this project are ongoing.
