Craig O’Callaghan responsible for the operational, technological, legal and financial aspects of University of London Worldwide, in addition to delivering on strategic planning, and managing people.
With the continuous expansion of the University of London’s online, blended and flexible learning programmes, Craig focuses on the ongoing changes and improvements underpinning the delivery of a much enhanced service for students and the University’s member institutions. In doing so, Craig continues to draw on his wealth of experience with the University, including his former role as Director of Student Services and Business Transformation Programme.
As Director of Student Services and Business Transformation, Craig successfully led on the IT modernisation of the University of London’s online, blended and flexible learning infrastructure. This has been designed to further improve the management of the student lifecycle, and encompasses a range of services, from first enquiries through to admissions and registrations, to assessment and graduation. A Change Management Programme also followed, in which Craig led on updating and changing the way we deliver our services, so that they are more immediate and relevant for current students.
Craig is an alumnus of the University of London, having been awarded an MSc in Politics and Administration from Birkbeck College; he also holds a BA in Humanities.
