Alumni volunteering

One of the most rewarding ways you can get involved with the University after you graduate is to volunteer. Our alumni and friends donate their time and expertise to assist a wide-range of activities, initiatives and events. We are very thankful for the time and support volunteers offer and we are always happy to hear from alumni who are interested in volunteering.

Interim Vice-Chancellor Professor Peter Kopelman

"Our volunteering community is central to our success, allowing us to grow and develop our alumni engagement programmes, and, very importantly, supporting our students through their university journey."

- Professor Peter Kopelman, President of Development, University of London

In 2019-20, 330 alumni and friends from across 46 countries volunteered for the University. We are so appreciative of every single one of our volunteers and their continued dedication in support of the University.

Below are some examples of how you can get involved, and there are also other volunteering opportunities available throughout the course of the year. We love to hear from alumni who would like to get involved, so please get in touch with us at alumni@london.ac.uk
