Commonwealth Scholarships

Commonwealth Scholarships are available for the MSc in Veterinary Epidemiology and Public Health by distance learning.

This fee-waiver award (worth £12,845) is for residents of developing Commonwealth countries. It is designed to promote the UK’s international development aims and wider overseas interests.

Royal Veterinary College, Commonwealth Scholarships

The scholarships are available to nationals of developing Commonwealth countries only.

To apply, you will need to meet the qualifications to study the programme:

  • the equivalent of a UK second-class honours degree from an acceptable institution. Relevant subjects include veterinary sciences, biological sciences or medicine (or other disciplines if we believe they prepare you for the programme).

If you are successful at this stage, you will be notified that you can progress to Stage 2 of the process (end of August).

The application deadline is Friday 12 May 2017.

The scholarships are funded by the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission and academic direction is provided by the Royal Veterinary College (RVC), a member institution of the University of London.

The MSc is offered via distance learning and the programme is supported by a wealth of online resources and support, in addition to annual residential teaching workshops at the RVC.
