Tony Sheehan

Tony Sheehan a director of Composite Mind, a digital consultancy and former Associate Dean at London Business School where he led the development, delivery and continuous improvement of the School’s digital learning strategy. This involved a blend of:

  • Essentials – maintaining and stretching an LMS backbone and ecosystem
  • Evolution – (re)designing programmes and interventions to embrace better digital practice
  • Experiments – exploring and evaluation for new ideas to change practice

Tony has a particular interest in the design of effective learning solutions in an age of information overload, and actively researches, teaches, facilitates and coaches in areas of knowledge management, technology strategy, elearning, ed-tech, social media, and innovation.

Previously, Tony was Director of Learning Services at Ashridge Business School, where he led the team responsible for providing digital technology solutions to both Ashridge programmes as well as direct to over 150 global corporate clients. Before joining the Education sector, he spent 20 years as an Engineer, latterly as Group Knowledge Manager and an Associate Director of Arup.

Tony has a degree in Metallurgy from Oxford University and an MBA from Loughborough University.
