Financial tools are used to construct budgets and make informed business decisions on pricing, volumes and more. Executives in supply chain management need an appreciation of this language to make informed decision.
This practical module will help you understand and use information from financial statements and management accounts in making decisions in complex and uncertain situations.

Assessment
Coursework (30% weighting) - The coursework assessment will be based on a multiple choice question test, with a deadline normally in week 11 or 12.
Examination (70% weighting) - The final piece of assessment will be through an unseen written examination.
Pass Mark - To pass this module you must get a mark of at least 50% in each element of assessment, subject to the application of rules for compensation. Please see the programme regulations for more information.
