In this module students will continue to develop their understanding of theory, context and practice in order to explore key issues in the disposal mechanisms for those sentenced in any criminal justice process.

To understand and compare sentencing frameworks and practices along with penological choices enables students to utilise relevant methodologies and to critically review global policies with this group with a view to proposing and affecting positive change.
