Prior to joining the OPHRM team, Keely completed her ESRC-funded Doctoral Research in Organizational Psychology at King’s College London. She has taught postgraduate Occupational Psychology, Consumer Behaviour and Management of Innovation at Goldsmiths, University of London, and undergraduate and postgraduate statistics at King’s College London.
Keely’s research interests include: organizational recruitment, selection and assessment, web-based organizational communication practices, individual differences, and advanced quantitative methods. She has collaborated on an array of research projects within academia and industry, including: UCL, Royal Holloway, King’s College London, Goldsmiths, Kenexa, The Institute of Psychiatry, DDB, and The Church of England.
Keely is a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (CPsychol), Member of the British Psychological Society’s Division of Occupational Psychology, and Fellow of The Higher Education Academy (FHEA). She is qualified in Occupational Psychometric Testing with the British Psychological Society, and certified by the European Federation of Psychologists’ Associations.
