Front of house: As reported last month, the front of house/guest services team is now in-house (reception, porters, post room, AV) and orientation and training is taking place.
Security: An interim security contract is now in place for 1 year. As part of the security review, we identified key risks which were already shared and discussed with the trade unions and the ICE forum. Next we will consult with all staff and formulate a security strategy, which will inform the details of the security services we need for our estate. We are on schedule to implement the new strategy from January 2020.
Estates Maintenance: Bids have been returned as part of the tender process. We are now evaluating these and preparing an in-house comparator bid. We are on schedule to have new arrangements in place from February 2020.
