Professor Benedetta Cappollini PhD, SFHEA

Benedetta is a professor of Marketing at the University of Durham. Alongside her research in consumer behaviour and critical marketing, she is interested in inclusion in higher education and blended learning. She has been the director of the distance learning programme BSc in Business Administration, University of London Worldwide.

Benedetta Cappellini received her PhD from Keele University in 2011. Her research falls broadly into the areas of Consumer Culture, Critical Marketing and Sociology of Consumption.
