You will be notified by email when the book is available or you may check by logging in to your Library account. The book will have the status “Ready. Must pick up by …..” Reserved books will be held for 8 days.
When you receive notification that an item you have reserved is available, just go to the Self-Service Hold-Shelf in the 4th floor Service Hall and find the book under your surname. You can then issue it to you account using the self-service machines.
Items ordered from the Stack Service and Offsite Store are kept behind the 4th floor Service Desk and must be collected from there. If you would rather collect all of your reserved books from the Service Desk, you can specify this when you place a reservation.
