Visiting the Library

The Library is in Bloomsbury, Central London – a short walk from London Underground, and national railway stations.

We are on the 4th floor of Senate House. Lifts are available on the ground floor (opposite the University of London reception desk, in the South Block). The Collections, study spaces, and reading rooms are on the 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th floors – access is via the 4th floor. View Library floorplans, and operating hours.

Please note: apart from the Click, Collect & Return service and the limited study spaces (for members) by advance booking only (Monday to Thursday, 11am-3pm) — no other Library services are currently available on site in Senate House Library.
