Goldsmiths Careers Service exists to support all students, at all levels of study, develop the skills, knowledge and experience they need to take the next step on their journey and secure opportunities.

The team is divided into four main activities:

  • Information Provision: they research and write information, advise students and graduates on job sectors and Labour Market Information (LMI).
  • Advice & Guidance: they provide careers advice and guidance to students and graduates. They see students in one-to-one sessions and deliver central and specific workshops within academic departments, tailored to the subject specialism and year group
  • Skills and Student Enterprise: they provide opportunities for students to develop new skills and to record, reflect on, and articulate their achievements and attributes.
  • Employer Liaison: their core activity is to find employers to provide jobs, placements, paid internships and other experiences and skills to our students and graduates.
