Advance Tertiary College (ATC) was established in 1987 to provide local educational opportunities for school leavers and working adults.

Welcome from the institution

Our aim is to provide students with access to tertiary and professional education that is affordable yet maintains the highest level of academic standards.

In the last three decades, ATC has grown to become one of the largest private law schools in this region, with two campuses in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur and Penang, one in Singapore, and a joint venture partnership in Hong Kong. This is credited to our teaching methods, our facilities, and our students’ world-class results in the University of London’s Bachelor of Laws every year.

With graduates currently involved in legal practice, the civil service, the corporate sector, media and banking industries, ATC graduates are highly employable in both local and international job sectors.

The personal touch - that could basically sum up the impression given by ATC Penang. It embodies itself in the attention given to its students and in the commitment portrayed by its faculty.
