Zahrah Saeed Qureshi - Economics and Finance

I was in the sixth grade when my brother graduated with First Class Honours in BSc Accounting and Finance (UOL International Programmes) from Roots IVY and got selected by PWC for further studies. It was that moment that I decided that I was going to do my Bachelor's from Roots.

By the time I had finished A-Levels, I knew I wanted to study Economics as a major. The University of London offered the perfect course; it not only catered for my desire to study economics but also allowed me to learn the financial side. Econometrics was the highlight - I fell in love with this module.

With the support of Roots IVY University I was also able to graduate with First Class Honours, which I had thought may be impossible. I have since graduated with a Distinction in the MSc Economics and Econometrics from University of Nottingham.

Graduation date: 2015
